Today has been another amazing day at Wick Court Farm! We started bright and early, putting on our wellies and heading out to feed the animals. The chickens, pigs and sheep were all very excited to see us – especially when we brought their breakfast!

After all that hard work, we were ready for some breakfast of our own. We had delicious warm porridge with honey – and not just any honey, but honey made by the bees right here on the farm. It was sweet, sticky, and so tasty!

Later in the morning, we split into groups for different activities. Some of us got the chance to groom the horses. We brushed their coats and saw their hooves being cleaned. They were so gentle and friendly.

Another group went to visit a local dairy farm where we learned all about how milk is collected and processed. 

Meanwhile, back in the farmhouse, a few lucky helpers were busy preparing tomorrow’s breakfast. We made sausage and soya patties- we can't wait to eat them in the morning. 

Everyone is happy, smiling, and learning so much. We can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings
