We have been given our own Pet Potato!

In English we have been reading the book The Pet Potato, where Albert, who is the main character, is begging his parents to have a pet. However, his parents refused to gave him a real pet, so they gave him a potato instead. On Friday, we have also received our own potato and worked in groups to freeze frame how we reacted when we received this present and wrote in role. Today, we have decorated it our potato to make it our Pet. It has been so fun!
