Saluting Our Sisters - Black History Month 2023

As part of our Black History Month celebrations, Year 1 had a visit from a local Police Woman. She explained all about the role of the police, why she became a police officer and answered all of the children's questions. The children loved having the opportunity to try the hats on too!
They had a great session and we may even have some aspiring Police Officers in Year 1!
