Reading to the Giant - 1G

Before the half term holiday, year 1 were learning the story of Jack and the Beanstalk.
We received a letter from the Giant explaining that he was having trouble getting to sleep.
We decided to climb the stairs allllllllll the way to the top of the school to read him 'Jack and the Beanstalk' which we had been learning!
It was really fun going all the way to the top of the school and the story worked - the Giant was snoring in no time!
