Maasai paper plate necklaces in 2G

In Year 2 we have been learning about Kenya and its different National Parks ang Game Reserves.
Last week, we learnt about the Maasai Tribe and their ways of life. Jewellery plays an important part in the Maasai culture so we made necklaces with paper plates and we drew colourful, eye-catching designs! We also used pasta and straws to decorate our Maasai necklaces.
What a wonderful afternoon we had!
