Maths - Fractions

Today, we were learning about fractions using cake!
We were given the task of splitting the swiss roll into 10 equal parts. We had to work as a team to divide the cake up as evenly as possible.
Every team was successful (even though it was really tricky!) and we drew bar models to represent what we had done. We were allowed to eat 2/10 (two tenths) of the cake.
