On Tuesday 22nd September we visited the Horniman Museum! We enjoyed a workshop, where we handled real-life artefacts (belongings) from ancient Egypt. These items are over 3,000 years old. Our focus was around mummification and death rituals, in particular, items ancient Egyptians selected for their burial chamber. We visited the World Gallery in the museum and even had time for a trip to the park at the end of the day!
