In Maths this week, we have been learning how to partition and order numbers up to 10 million. We explored the value of each digit and used this understanding to compare and arrange numbers from smallest to largest. We also took part in some mathematical investigations, where we had to explore a question, look for patterns and explain our thinking. These challenges encouraged us to reason mathematically, make predictions and write about what we noticed, helping us to deepen our understanding of number.
