Wednesday was voted 'our best day yet!'. We drove all the way across the island to ride the chair lift down the steep cliff. We felt extremely nervous when we first saw the chair lift. Our nerves soon disappeared as we drifted through the air. It was so relaxing! At the bottom of the cliff,we boarded our private cruise to the Needles rock formation. Our time on the open waves was incredible. We saw a lighthouse; a battery carved into the cliff face and a power boat wizzed by that made our boat rock from side to side! After catching the chair life back up the cliff we boarded the coach to our first theme park. The rest of the afternoon was spent on rides, screaming our heads off and laughing until we cried! It's been our favourite activity so far. We'll tell you all about it when we get home! After dinner, we spent the evening having fun on the beach. We stayed on the beach until the sunset. We fell into bed exhausted, already feeling excited for tomorrow. Lots of love, Year 6 🙂xxx
