In Reception we have been celebrating Black History Month! We made colourful mosaics in the style of Alma Thomas. We used pencils to draw portraits of our partner and created our own art gallery to celebrate the work of Barbara Walker. We also learned about race car driver Lewis Hamilton. We practised our cutting skills by cutting out roads which we used to make our own race track.

Pebble class have new trays for the children to access independently and tidy away when they are finished. They enjoyed the puzzles, games and activities so much! We are looking forward to introducing new activities in these trays that will continue to support the children's learning and development.
