Year 6 children had an exciting and interesting day yesterday visiting The Shard and The London Transport Museum…
Tonight it was a bit warmer on the beach and we had a great time splashing and paddling and building things out of sand.
After lunch, we got back on the coach and travelled to Carisbrooke Castle. We walked around the walls and met a donkey called Jill who walked in a 400 year wheel to pull a bucket of water up from the well.
This morning, we went to Robin Hill Park. It was really fun and we were able to go to a 4D cinema, a pirate ship ride, a miniature train and an incredible tree-top adventure playground.
We worked up an appetite and had our first packed lunch. After that, we were able to treat ourselves to a drink or ice cream or go on the toboggan! (Don’t worry, we’re budgeting our money well!)
Hello everyone! We’ve arrived safe and sound at the hotel and it’s great!
For dinner, we had pizza, wedges, salad and we even got pudding!!
We made our way down to the beach and have had lots of fun (and it wasn’t even too cold!)
We’re now all tucked up in bed ready for a good night’s sleep!
Hello everyone! We’ve had a great journey- we stopped for lunch at Guildford Cathedral then got to the ferry port in Portsmouth.
We had a great time on the ferry and now we’re on the Isle of Wight!
