We made eggs out of clay and decorated them and made bunny ears.
We went on an Easter egg hunt – to the park!
We met a real life Easter Bunny and he told us where he had hidden some eggs…
…And we all found one!
We then went to the play park for even more fun!
Happy Easter everyone!
Last week, our role play corner transformed into Santa’s Grotto and we were busy wrapping presents, decorating trees and writing Christmas cards!
….. We made some Christmas Cakes….
…. and Christmas tree decorations….
… we painted holly cards ………
… and we had a little visitor! We named our elf ‘Holly’ and she left a letter to say she had come to keep an eye out for acts of kindness! However, she’s a little cheeky and despite trying to be helpful by making Christmas decorations or decorating the classroom, she ended up getting in a bit of a pickle! We wrote to her to remind her how to look after our classroom!
….. We cleaned the animal’s teeth after all the Christmas cakes they had eaten!
… we counted Christmas treasure into Santa’s sacks….
… we helped Santa count presents for the teddies…..
….. We made salt dough Christmas tree decorations…
… We helped share the presents between the Elves on our Interactive Whiteboard …
… We dressed up in our Winter Woolies for Winter Jumper Day…
….. We made some transient art Christmas trees….
… We also really enjoyed performing ‘Our First Nativity’, we hope you enjoyed it too. You can watch the full performance on our Blog!
What a busy week we had!
