Yesterday, Year 4 went to Tate Britain to visit Steve McQueen’s Year 3 exhibition. We had the opportunity to find our photos and then we looked around at all the other schools. It was fantastic to see the future of London in one (albeit a very large) room!
We were encouraged to think about how we were connected, and also to make lots and lots of noise.
The children were also incredibly well behaved. Many thanks to the mums, dads and carers who came along!
Wow! What a lot we have managed to pack in so far at the farm. We are all loving it here and (although we are missing home too) wish we could stay for even longer. It is hard work but lots of fun. Thank you for all the messages you have left on the blog.
Troopers of Holbeach do it again. In howling wind and driving rain they’ve fed it, shoveled it and wheelbarrowed it all day without a complaint. Adventure is the word they are using! What a great time they are all having
Lovely sunny day now. The lamb in the photo was only born 5 minutes ago!
The children in Year 4 have been practising really hard for their performance. This week children should spend their time perfecting their music and lines for the Christmas production on Wednesday, 18th December.
You could also spend some time gathering together bits for your costume. Your child’s class teacher has given each him/her some advice on what they could wear on the big night.
We hope to see you all there on the night. Have a lovely weekend!
