Use this template to record your memories of this year – I doubt any of us will ever forget it! Think back to September and draw the moments that made you laugh or smile 🙂
In the 2×2 multiplication square below, the boxes at the end of each row and the foot of each column give the result of multiplying the two numbers in that row or column e.g. 7 x 5 = 35 or 4 x 5 = 20.
The 3×3 multiplication square below works in the same way. The boxes at the end of each row and the foot of each column give the result of multiplying the three numbers in that row or column.
Can you find the missing numbers?
The numbers 1−9 may be used once and once only.
Challenge – Is there more than one possible set of answers for each row or column?
If you have ever been to a theme park you will know how much fun they can be. If you haven’t been yet, watch this video to get a sense of what is on offer 🙂
We want you to design a theme park. Watch this presentation to find out what you need to do.
These are the design sheets you will need or you can work on a sheet or plain paper if you prefer.
Here are some designs created by children inspire you. We are looking forward to seeing what marvellous creations you come up with. Maybe you could even build a model of your park! 🙂

Task 1 – Create a road safety poster to display in a Year 4 class. What do children need to know about being safe when they need to cross the road?
Task 2 – Create a road safety quiz with 10 questions that will test the road safety knowledge of a child from Year 4. Use the information in the presentation for question ideas if you get stuck.
Hope you had a lovely weekend 🙂 Our learning sheet looks a bit different this week. As it is the last week of term, we have designed a time table of daily activities for you to enjoy. Instructions for all of the activities will appear on the blog every morning but there might be some equipment you want to get in advance so I have made a list of items you will need below.
As always, if you need any help or have any questions, please use the comments section on the post and I will be happy to help. Have fun! 🙂
Items you will need to get in advance:
Wednesday – jellybeans or mini marshmallows and wooden cocktail sticks.
Thursday – old newspaper and some sellotape or masking tape.
