Planting bulbs

Today we started talking about the changing weather and the seasons. What season are we in now? Have you seen any signs of this season?

Although Spring feels quite far away we have planted some bulbs so we can have a beautiful display of flowers when the time comes. First we had to get the weeds out and we even found last years potatoes. Then we could get started. Can you remember what we had to do? How did we plant the bulbs?

Year 2 Home Learning 1.10.20

Hello Year Two,

Firstly, we would like to say a big well done to everyone for starting the new school year with a sensible attitude and wonderful behaviour. There have been lots of new changes but you have all coped very well and you should feel very proud of yourselves.

For your home learning this week we would like you to do two things.

Take home the Gruffalo puppet theatre you made and retell the story to adult at home.
Login to MyMaths (The instructions were sent home in a letter on Monday) and have a go at this weeks maths activity.
