We are delighted and very excited to announce that Lewisham’s Young Mayor and his advisors have agreed to judge our ‘Black Lives Matter’ poster competition. Holbeach is a school where we embrace and celebrate the diversity of our children and the wider community. Racism will never be tolerated here.

At the moment, children around the world have been creating posters to show their support for the β€˜Black Lives Matter’ movement. Here are some examples of their works of art…

Our aim is to unite with the children around the world to communicate clearly the message that β€˜Black Lives Matter’, so today we are launching a competition.

We challenge you to create your own poster to show what we can do as a community to end racism, inequality and injustice across the world.

The winning entry will take pride of place in our school entrance area so that everyone who visits Holbeach understands that we stand together, united against racism, inequality and injustice.

Send your entry to your class email address. The closing date is Friday 19th June.

We will be make an exciting announcement soon about who will judge our competition.
