Hello! We are still thinking about shapes. Today we are going on a shape hunt. You can do this inside, or outside, or even by looking out of the window.
The world is made of 3D shapes. Here are some of them:

A vertex is where the edge or point of a shape meets. More than 1 vertex = vertices.
Ok. Now for the hunt, get looking! Don’t forget the information on the link will help with your shape vocabulary: https://home.oxfordowl.co.uk/maths/primary-geometry-shapes/geometry-shapes-year-2-age-6-7/

Find some shapes, count how many you find!
What are we using the shapes for? Clue: A cone is useful for ice cream isn’t it?
