Extra-Curricular Clubs Spring 2023

We are pleased to announce that we will continue to run a wide range of clubs in the SpringTerm 2023 for Years 3, 4, 5 and 6

In order to give everyone a fair opportunity to experience Extra-Curricular Clubs we ask that you apply for a club space each term for your child. This is with the exception of Year 5 & 6 Boys Football Club, Musical Theatre and Choir which will be selected in the Autumn Term and will remain the same for the rest of the year.

Our clubs are extremely popular and we cannot guarantee that everyone will get a space.

Clubs will cost £30 per term (10 weeks)

All clubs run from 3:30pm – 4:30pm

If you would like to apply for a club, please choose two options, selecting your 1st and 2nd choice. You can apply by following this Link, completing the online form from Wednesday 7th December. The form will close at 5pm on Wednesday 14th December. You will be notified by text message if you have been allocated a club space.

All clubs will start on the week beginning Monday 9th January and will run for 10 weeks until the week ending Friday 24th March.

Children will be accompanied to the Doggett Road entrance when the club finishes and should be collected promptly at 4:30pm.

Please note that there is a small charge (£30 for the term-10 weeks) for children to attend an extra-curricular club. However, the school has chosen to use some of the ‘Pupil Premium’ funding it receives to enable children who are entitled to pupil premium to access the extra-curricular clubs free of charge.

If your child is offered a place the full payment will need to be made using ParentPay by Friday 6th January 2023.

Our clubs are very popular and accepting a place means your child needs to be committed to attending every week. If your child fails to attend their club for two consecutive weeks or they are removed due to bad behaviour their space may be offered to another child on the waiting list and your money will not be able to be refunded.
